Instruction in beginning,
intermediate, and advanced Microsoft Word topics. Includes creating
documents, editing documents, inserting graphics, setting tabs,
changing margins, adding page numbering, inserting headers/footers,
mailing labels, merge documents, and a lot more. |

Must have good basic computer
skills, including navigating your desktop and using the mouse.
This course is delivered through the Internet. Must be able
to use the Internet to get to & navigate the course lessons. |

Requirements: |
Must have an Internet connection
and be able to use the Internet to get to and navigate the
course lessons. Your computer should:
- Have an Internet connection
- Have a browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla,
Netscape, etc.
- Have Microsoft Word 2003 installed and ready to use
- Be able to display .avi, QuickTime (.mov), and Flash video
files

Upon satisfactorily completing
this course with a grade of 75 or higher, the student will
receive:
- Completion Certificate issued by the Spring Branch Independent
School District
- 36 Hours CPE Credit issued by the Spring Branch Independent
School District
Method of evaluating student performance includes:
- Lesson quizzes
- Student exercises/projects uploaded to the instructor
for grading and comment
