Since 1990, Judy Bell
has developed, coordinated, and taught SBISD Community Ed's
on-campus computer program. She created highly effective content
delivery methods to successfully teach complex technical concepts,
easily understood and implemented by the adult student. She
has trained thousands of students, as well as educators from
a variety of organizations. |

Community Ed is a department of the Spring Branch
Independent School District in Houston, Texas, USA.
We have provided on-campus, classroom courses to adults in
the Houston community for more than 20 years. Our on-campus
classes include computer training, sewing, motorcycle courses,
languages, ESL, painting, arts & crafts, and a great deal
more.
